Review content:
We like doing business with parties that are reliable and professional. The person who made the appointment was very polite and professional. Sean came at the appointed time frame and we even got a call ahead of time letting us know when he was on his way. Sean was very polite and nice. The job was well done and and the only issue was that there were some areas we were told that could not be as cleaned as well as we would like because those were heavy traffic areas and the carpet was a bit worn. This is what we have experienced in the past with other companies. One does wonder if it would be worthwhile going over those areas again. In any case, we are very likely to use the same company again for our future carpet cleaning needs.
