I am extremely impressed with the excellent service that I received from Chem-Dry of Marin. They delivered what they promised and the service personnel were neat and courteous. Everything was done to perfection and all of the items that were moved for the cleaning were put back exactly where they belonged. I can not tell you what a difference the cleaning made! I have had numerous other carpet cleaning services in the past and never have my carpets looked and felt so clean and "fluffy". I had no idea that the carpets could look so good. Always excellent and professional. We had some really dirty footprints leading into our entry way that some work man had left and Sean miraculously got those out. He also gave me tips on how to prevent furniture legs from bleeding moisture on the carpet. more

I needed a very large area rug cleaned quickly, as unexpected guests were coming in from out of town and it was either clean it or burn it. Oh - AND it was during the only rainy week we'd had all season, so I was concerned about it drying. Chem Dry got me in the next day, got there promptly, did the job efficiently and very well, and the rug was virtually dry when the gentleman was finished. I wanted technician to call me back regarding a spot on my rug which wasn't mentioned when he left. Technician has always done a great job and I always asked back for him. But I have not received a call back? more

I had both a sofa and an area rug cleaned by Chem-Dry of Marin, and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Though my sofa had no noticeable stains to begin with, the overall color is more vibrant after cleaning, and the interior no longer emits dust when people sit on it. Though previously vacuumed on a regular basis, it still emitted a lot of dust when sat upon, and that dust settled on the coffee table several times a day. Now that the sofa has been so deeply cleaned, the coffee table doesn't require dusting multiple times a day -- a benefit I hadn't even anticipated, though it's very welcome. It's nice to know that the sofa is now deep-down clean. I was skeptical regarding the projected drying time, as the sofa was finished being cleaned shortly by about 1pm, but it truly was dry enough to sit on by early evening. This was the first time my all-wool area rug had been cleaned, and it's now softer than it was previously, and looks great. Service was very pleasant and professional, and I commend Kate and Jessica for their patience in setting up the service, as I had to reschedule my appointment a number of times. They were also very gracious in answering my many questions. I'll be entrusting my upholstered furniture and rugs to Chem-Dry from now on, and I intend to give their tile-cleaning service a try as well. more

I seem to be in the minority but, my carpet was ruined by ChemDry in Novato. It now has a dark stain down the middle that was explained to me as a direction of pile issue. They neither offered to replace the carpet or refund the cleaning fee (paid before I saw the results) I would never recommend this company to anyone. The one star is because they were polite. more

I have been a client of Chem-dry for more than twenty years, I have always been pleased with my carpets when they are done. I used a competitor once and that was a big mistake. My carpets are alway so clean whey you are done. more

A small throw rug had been urinated on by a dog. The serviceman said he would put some ingredient in it that would get rid of the smell. Nope! more

Chem Dry really tried to fit me in around the Thanksgiving season. When they succeeded I was very pleased. Then the technician showed up on time and did the job better than imagined as the carpet was a mess. Thank you for the great service. more
