My Review sounds just like a couple others on here. I would not recommend this Appliance service!!! In fact I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely before by an owner of business and lady answering phone. I called Lowes Service center on Friday 8/1 about our Whirlpool refrigerator, they directed us to Chattanooga Appliance Service. Chattanooga Applience service called on Monday 8/4 to set up appointment, the soonest that would work was Wednesday 8/6, because of our work schedules. The tech showed up at appointed time but was unable to fix because part would have to be ordered. When I stated it was very hard to get off work for both my husband and I he said they are real good in working with customers schedules. He also felt that the part would be in by Friday 8/8 and I would get a call when they recieved it, to set up next appointment. Well I didn't get call on Friday 8/8 and I was very busy and unable to call them till 8/11. They recieved part but something was broken and they had to reorder new part, would call when they got part, which of course they never did. I had to call them back once again at which time I explained to lady how hard it is for us to get off work, she told me I could not just pick a time it had to be at 9:00 in morning because she would have to send two techs, asked to speak to manager/owner to see if I could get a better time for my scedule he was very condisending and rude. So I ended taking off work 8/20 in order to get fixed. Well 9:00 am rolled aroung no one showed, at 10:00 am I called and said tech was at another job, and she stated that I was told 9:00 to 11:00 which is not true. She was very adament in previous phone conversation it had to be at 9:00. He finally showed up at 12:30. I was without a refrigerator from 8/1 to 8/22, and they could have cared less, this was the worst customer service I have every received. I give Chattanooga Appliance Service ZERO stars if I could do negative I would.
