These people made me mad before we ever even got a chance to try them out. My refrigerator broke down at 4:30 on Friday afternoon, and the very rude person on the phone, wanted to waste my time "educating" me on how one company manufactures a refrigerator and another puts their brand name after telling me they would not service my particular model. She didn't seem to understand why I would want to find someone who would come fix it with only 30 minutes left until the weekend, rather than listen to her smart-ass educational statement. As she was telling me to kiss her ass, I was hanging up. These folks are horrible, and I will do anything I can to make sure that as many people hear of my experience as possible. "Let me educate you" she says, well I decided to educate anyone looking for a service company, that you should go to the next company, because they are rude and nobody deserves to be treated like an idiot, especially when time is so important.
