If I could give 0 stars I would! Our Whirlpool Refrigerator went out less than a year after we got it. We called Whirlpool on a Friday who directed us to Chattanooga Appliance Service. They sent someone out on Monday to look at it. He diagnosed the problem, but said he did not have the correct part so someone would have to come back later to fix it. That Friday they sent out another tech, who we thought would be fixing the problem. Come to find out he was there to diagnose the problem AGAIN and the part was ordered that day. He told us it should be here early next week . Well, it takes a week to get the part...Whirlpool told us that if it gets there early enough of Friday, it will be fixed on Friday . Friday rolls around, the part arrives at 10:51am and we get a call later that day that someone will be out Monday between 2 and 4pm. Still not fixed and have received no explanation why the part wasn t ordered when the first tech correctly diagnosed the problem. 18 days with no fridge, no food, eating out every meal, and absolutely no empathy or compensation for our troubles. The worst service I have ever dealt with. We will never buy another Whirlpool appliance or deal with Chattanooga Appliance Service ever again!
