\r We have had our Champagne Pool for about eight weeks and wanted to let you know that we could not be happier. \r Teri Smathers, our sales professional, impressed us immediately with your sales presentation. Unlike others who quoted us, Teri spent a great deal of time educating us on all the facets of pool building. Because of Teri, we were able to make the right decisions for our family on the water purifying system, the pebble tec, the water features, etc.\r \r Each of the crews who did installation were, without exception, professional, skilled, respectful and efficient. We were particularly impressed by the team that blew the gunite as they went the extra step to put up plastic walls that helped protect our neighbor’s property.\r \r One of the reasons we are so satisfied with Champagne Pools, is due to their combined buying power with other pool builders, the standard choices elevate the standard of pool options. A clear example of this is the Flagstone Pavers used for our patio. The intricate design pattern of the brick looks like we spent an absolute fortune on the pavers. In reality, our choice was a standard option with Champagne Pools.\r \r Lastly, we want to say that we were very pleased with Florida Pool Enclosures who Champagne had quote us on the enclosure installation. We invested in the upgrade to the decorative columns which blend seamlessly with our home’s color and texture. We had no idea, though, that at night, it would make our outdoor space absolutely mesmerizing. We had the LED light installed with the pool. The colors of the pool water reflect off of the decorative columns and the area literally comes alive with color. No one told us about this effect, but, honestly it makes the outdoor space magical.\r \r Two other Champagne Pools employees also deserve recognition: Richard Moseley who was quick to respond to every and any concern we voiced and Lance Turner who deserves his title of service manager. Champagne built our pool several years ago. It was the first pool we ever built and we trusted them to provide us with what we were looking for - good quality pool, standard pool equipment (i.e. not top of the line) and good customer service. For the most part we have been happy with the pool. We did have some drainage issues after the pool was built. Unfortunately, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and it took several months, dozens of calls and a complaint with the BBB to get resolved. Recently I had another pool company out to service our system. Not fully trusting them I decided to have a third company come out. Both told me the exact same thing. 1. Our salt water system was installed incorrectly. 2. Our pool filter was designed for pools 3-4 times larger than our pool. 3. The heater for the spa was missing a vent cap which prevents rain water from entering the unit. As a result, the inside of the heater had rusted badly (The reason for the service call was primarily to fix the heater which was not working). 4. The finish on the pool bottom was not done correctly. We have been have staining issues for years. To have these items fixed will cost thousands of dollars. Not sure how I am going to proceed but wanted to warn others about Champagne Pools. They claim to be experts but are not. They claim to have great customer service but do not. We trusted them to build us a pool meeting our expectations and they took advantage of our inexperience by selling us overpriced, oversized equipment. There are better pool companies out there!! Don't make the same mistake we did. more

We just finished our ""second"" pool with Champagne Pools and I couldn't be happier. Our first experience was so great that when we were ready to build another pool at our new house we didn't call anyone else. Our second pool is a much bigger project but they handled it with ease. We were excited with all the new technology and selections available to us. Very professional and good quality workmanship. If you are looking for a company that cares don't look any further! more

The team will go out of their way to accommodate your needs in whatever the situation calls for....The experiences have always been top-notch and more than I could expect a company to perform. ""Champagne"" is something elegant, high class, and also something this company is NOT. They have horrible communications and in general, all they care about is billing you and getting your money. They don't care about customers AT ALL. The word ""champagne"" is not suitable for them. More like ""crap."" Seriously. Do not waste your time or your money with this company. more

I have used Champagne Pools for the past year and just ended my service with them. During this time, there were multiple problems that I had. The first was when they changed some switches with my pumps that made my hot tub empty every time it shut off. After calling them numerous times and getting no resolution, I was forced to call an outside company. The solution was pretty simple, they changed a couple of valves around and fixed the problem. Not sure why Champagne couldn't figure this out. It only got worse. From here, the service person did some checking around on my system. According to him, my filter hadn't been cleaned in months which resulted in high pressure which could have blown my filter. Next, was the baskets in the filters that were not cleaned for several weeks according to the tech. I took pictures of these issues and called Champagne to address. I spoke with Janice about the issues and showed her the bill and summary of problems. Never heard back from them. Fast forward a couple of months and I come home to find out they didn't clean my pool. It appears they didn't have the new expiration date of my credit card they were autobilling. Why would they drive to my house to leave a note, but not clean the pool? I was after all a good paying customer. After exchanging phone calls with their management, I received a call from someone else within their company telling me they were going to increase the cost of my service by nearly 80%. Their excuse was the company that referred me to them didn't pay their bills. What kind of a company would nearly double the price of their service and blame it on a third party vendor. That was the last straw for me and I canceled my service. They didn't show up to clean on random weeks and never called to inform me, nor did I ever receive a credit. Bottom line, don't waste your time with this company. There are too many other quality companies out there that will work hard and provide proper service. Unfortunately, Champagne Pools is not one of them. more

Champagne Pools is a wonderful company. We enjoyed working with them. Our designer, Marshall was terrific. He went out of his way to be helpful and give us the pool we wanted. He always responded immediately to our phone calls and e-mails. The men working on the job site were also nice and polite and did a very good job. We love our new pool. more

Champagne Pools lives up to the founders values and the Manley family are not just a business entity but when they build you a pool you become part of their family. The professional staff only adds to the final product and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a getaway in their own back yard. more

We were kept informed of what was being done day by day and it was great to see photo's of this as we live in the UK. After I purchased my home I discovered that my pool had floated and cracked and had been repaired, but it was still leaking. I was unable to locate a company that was willing or able to tackle the job until I found Champagne Pools. They took their time to evaluate the situation and brought out several professionals to provide input and suggestions as to the best way to repair and update my pool and provided a comprehensive plan and timeline for completion. My job involved extensive repairs including new plumbing and equipment, leveling the edge of the pool, removing concrete pool decking, re-pouring concrete steps, laying both pavers and flagstone, adding a waterfall and a second feature pump, salt system, handheld remote control and a Pebble Tec pool finish. To their credit, Champagne Pools honored their original quote for the job and didnâ??t request any additional funds even though they encountered some unexpected costs associated with the removal of the existing concrete pool deck. The job was completed on time, and they kept the work area clean as promised. I was out of town for a good portion of the job and was kept up to date though phone calls and emails. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and feel that the job added substantial value to my home. more

We decided to use Champagne Pool and Spa because they were very professional and had good recommendations from others who had used them. They had quality products for us to choose from and it was not a high-pressure sale. We got exactly what we wanted. Every single crew that worked on the pool renovation was professional and cleaned up after themselves. The told us the night before what we could expect for the next day, and they gave us a report every night on the progress. We have a lot of experience with contractors, having built from the ground up and put on an addition. The work that Champagne Pool and Spa did was definitely to our complete and total satisfaction. They did everything they said they would do and answered all of our questions within 48 hours. I highly recommend Champagne Pool and Spa. They are reliable, dependable, courteous, and very professional. more

Champaigne Pools did an excellent job of refinishing our pool. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were amazed that so much work could be completed in one week! A neighbor of mine had his pool built by Champagne Pool and Spa and told me what a good a job they did. I also had heard about them from others in the area who had used their service. They were at the top of our list of companies to call when we moved to our new home and built our pool. Champagne Pool and Spa met and exceeded all of our expectations. This was our third time building a pool and our first time using them. We had had communication issues in the past with other pool companies, but Champagne Pool and Spa was fantastic about communicating with us from the beginning. They were very good about making sure we knew how long it would take to get the permit from the city, when the digging would take place, and so on. We always knew where things stood. The pool looks so great. A lot of people have asked us who installed it. What really separated Champagne Pool and Spa from other companies we had used was their personal approach. From Michael, the owner, to the office staff providing customer service, they make sure you feel comfortable with what is taking place in your house.
