Review content:
After I purchased my home I discovered that my pool had floated and cracked and had been repaired, but it was still leaking. I was unable to locate a company that was willing or able to tackle the job until I found Champagne Pools. They took their time to evaluate the situation and brought out several professionals to provide input and suggestions as to the best way to repair and update my pool and provided a comprehensive plan and timeline for completion.
My job involved extensive repairs including new plumbing and equipment, leveling the edge of the pool, removing concrete pool decking, re-pouring concrete steps, laying both pavers and flagstone, adding a waterfall and a second feature pump, salt system, handheld remote control and a Pebble Tec pool finish. To their credit, Champagne Pools honored their original quote for the job and didnâ??t request any additional funds even though they encountered some unexpected costs associated with the removal of the existing concrete pool deck. The job was completed on time, and they kept the work area clean as promised. I was out of town for a good portion of the job and was kept up to date though phone calls and emails. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and feel that the job added substantial value to my home.
