Some of the apartments have shorts in the wiring so check the outlets some spark if you plug anything in. I have lived here for 2 years. I recently told manager that I was not going to renew my lease. I told the apartment would be empty in September. As I was moving stuff out one of my neighbors informed that the manager and family members had entered my apartment without notice and permission. She had violated renter and manager agreement. Do not trust this women.\r \r The dealers, pimps and gangs do not make great neighbors. I too have black mold growing my shower. The first apartment they moved me into had black mold in the bedroom and they said it should not be a problem. I insisted on a new apartment which they gave me. The problem with the new one was someone had a kool-aid fight all over the whole apartment. The tile was coming off the floor and out dated kitchen. \r \r Also there are breed restrictions that are not enforce and pit bulls are allowed on the grounds without leash.\r \r Can't wait to leave. One word sums it all up: Avoid if you work for your money\r Minimal amount of maientence done place is run down, mold growing on my shower, tiles coming off the wall and after two different maintence men ""fixed"" it hasn't changed. Grounds have cigarette and trash everywhere. Only satisfied tenants are the dealers because Howard and Ron Porchinsky want is there rent money and don't care how they earn it. Reynoldsburg use to be nice but these apartments are run down they wont come and fix them , my hall light wont work it , it has an electrical problem and black mold in bathroom and leaking shower , kitchen celing starting o droop cause of water damage , not to mention they are letting all types of people in here to run it down even more , gangs , ............ its a stay away apartment complex unless your g h e t t o tooo then its a perfect match ............. i have been at chablis for two years and it is by far the worst place i have ever lived. black mold grows everywhere i had a leak in my shower for two weeks before i finally fixed it myself. all the electrical is bad and the place is falling apart. God forbid the cheap jerks spend any money on these apartments.my upstairs vanity has been rotted out for over a year and it stinks. my dishwasher leaks and has black stuff that resides on the dishes after the wash cycle.don't waste your money using their laundry facility because nothing works. the toilets are very slow to flush. all the sinks have leaks. my dining room ceiling still has a hughe hole in it from where the bathtub leaked. thats been over 4 months. the carpet was put over all the old debris from what they ripped up.two years i've been here and not once has my air filter been changed, it didn't even have a filter to begin with. i would not rent this hole for my dog.my kitchen stove nevr worked for a year before they got me a new one.i had to threaten to not pay rent in order to get it. this is not a sfe or healthy enviroment and i seriously think the board of health should come in and investigate these yahoos. more
