If you are on Section 8 and your babies daddy deals you'll fit right in with alot of the tenants. Only drawback is closes Middle Eastern market is 3 minute drive or 7 minute walk but they take foodstamps for beer and blunts. \r
All the basement apartments have mold growing on drywall also sewers have backed up many times into apartments and only thing management will do is pay a carpet cleaner to clean up the human feces and sewage and paint over the drywall. Wiring is old and unsafe last week they had fire where meters are attached to building due to unsafe electrical work done by maintence. Some of the apartments have shorts in the wiring so check the outlets some spark if you plug anything in.
Pros: Anyone with first months rent accepted
