One word sums it all up: Avoid if you work for your money\r
Minimal amount of maientence done place is run down, mold growing on my shower, tiles coming off the wall and after two different maintence men ""fixed"" it hasn't changed. Grounds have cigarette and trash everywhere. Only satisfied tenants are the dealers because Howard and Ron Porchinsky want is there rent money and don't care how they earn it. Balconies are falling down.
