i have been at chablis for two years and it is by far the worst place i have ever lived. black mold grows everywhere i had a leak in my shower for two weeks before i finally fixed it myself. all the electrical is bad and the place is falling apart. God forbid the cheap jerks spend any money on these apartments.my upstairs vanity has been rotted out for over a year and it stinks. my dishwasher leaks and has black stuff that resides on the dishes after the wash cycle.don't waste your money using their laundry facility because nothing works. the toilets are very slow to flush. all the sinks have leaks. my dining room ceiling still has a hughe hole in it from where the bathtub leaked. thats been over 4 months. the carpet was put over all the old debris from what they ripped up.two years i've been here and not once has my air filter been changed, it didn't even have a filter to begin with. i would not rent this hole for my dog.my kitchen stove nevr worked for a year before they got me a new one.i had to threaten to not pay rent in order to get it. this is not a sfe or healthy enviroment and i seriously think the board of health should come in and investigate these yahoos.
