I had a terrible experience with Certified Plumbing of Albuquerque and I would not recommend them for any repairs.\r \r I called and setup an appointment with them to look at a leaking faucet. The plumber showed up and after explaining the problem he went ahead and before I could see what he was doing the supply line to the faucet was broken and he could not put the faucet back on. \r \r Next, he spent some time trying to unscrew the supply line and then disappeared for 35 minutes to get ""tools"" to work on the pipe. He came back with the tools and still could not complete the job. He then proceeded to twist on the pipe until it could not longer be capped and then disappeared for over 45 minutes to get a ""part."" Before he left, I stated that I needed to get back to work because it had been close to two hours and he had not actually accomplish anything. He said no problem it would be fast, but it was over 45 minutes later before he came back. \r \r I then asked how to get on the schedule to actually put in a new supply line now that the old one had been cut and a capped. I was told to call Dave the owner. I called on the spot and left a message to see if I could get on the schedule. For the next three days I did not get a call back. Then Certified plumbing showed up for a non-confirmed appointment and then called me to complain that I was not home. I replied to Dave that I did not get a confirmation call from him and that I did not know if I was on the schedule. He made up an excuse that he got ""150"" calls that day and that he forgot to call me. I also mentioned that the plumber disappeared for over 45 minutes when I explained that I needed to get back to work and Dave said that his plumber did not do that, which effectively meant he called me a liar. \r \r I will never do business with Certified Plumbing again! more

I wanted you to know that I called you to service my daughter. Your service man came out very fast. He was prompt and very courteous?the attributes that are rare today! Wonderful emergency plumbing repair in Albuquerque. more

Nothing but praise for Certified Plumbing. They have had their service technicians to my home many times over the years and am always impressed with the response time, professionalism and thoroughness of the work done. All home repair services should be as conscientious as this company!!!? more

I called because my apartment was literally flooded from a leak under kitchen sink. It was like a waterfall was gushing out of there. Certified Plumbing had a guy here in 20 min, and called me several times to check how things were going. It is now under control, thank heavens. Very professional, fast and courteous service.? more

A Good Plumber Service! They were very Professional and fixed my shower in less than 45 min! A lot cheaper than the other estimates I got. Cost me almost half as much cash ! Thanks again. more

Servpro referred this company to remove my new water heater for walls to be replaced from water damage caused by water softener system. Certified sent out their plumber and he damaged the unit with dents and deep scratches so cosmetically it looks like junk. (I was not home when the water heater was removed) There was no care in the removal of tank by Certified plumber and the Servpro employee helped with the removal. Certified plumber took out unit, dented and scratched it, then set it back in position with only a few pipes attached, and took a picture. They later showed me the picture and said it had been damaged before. This was a lie, of course, and luckily I had taken a picture of unit a few days before when insurance adjuster was at home looking at water heater. (The $800 water heater was new and in perfect condition, not having any marks at all.) Certified Plumbing (Dave, the owner) stated, ""I'm sure it is still okay and just go ahead and install water heater like it is, we are not going to pay you for a cosmetic problem."" This plumbing company is bad and I am reporting them to the BBB. I even had a letter from previous plumber, who originally installed the water heater, and stated in a letter, that there were no marks or damage of any kind before Certified removed it. more
