The technician, James was both respectful and professional, He arrived on time and addressed the job without pause. He maintained a positive attitude the entire time at my home despite my dog barking at him. An asset to his company. more

Boiler Heater Check Up 11/26/2016

Technician Anthony S. was on time, professional, and friendly. A very thorough check of the boiler was done with explanation of each step and function of system. Ended up needing a sticking valve and rusty leaking pipe to be replaced which will be done by one of their plumbing techs soon. Very satisfied. Would recommend CCAC water boiler heat service. more

He was on time, Cordial and polite, came to conclusion quickly even though I didn't like it. More expensive I think versus under warranty.?! more

Mr. John Frye , came to my house and wasn't nothing short of Class.. He respected My Home , and really took pride in his work. The technician, John F. arrived at the scheduled time and performed the seasonal maintenance on our HVAC system in a professional manner. He explained what was done and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Central Carolina Air for all your air conditioning needs. more

Plumbing/Electrical/home visit/ 10/22/2016

James B. came by to review my plumbing per the warranty purchased. He was an hour early....I would liked for him to have the company ok this with me first! The second issue was he left his equipment in the bathrooms. The last issue is that he did not flush the matter found in the sink placed in the toilet, plus the sink was not washed off of the grime removed. Nice chap/chatty/Tried to please. more

Hot Water Heater Repair work by Nate W. at CCAC 9/24/2016

Nate was very prompt. He patiently answered my questions and offered multiple options for my water heater repair. He fixed the problem and set me up with a longer term solution. Based on the knowledge he shared and the quality of his work, It's clear that he knows his business. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
