DO NOT USE CC AIR. They have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. When I tried to renew my service agreement, they refused, and I was flat out told that they did not want my business, despite having an excellent history with them (and my father held their service agreement for over 20 years.)
I cannot begin to fathom how they are still in business with this level of customer service.
