ccac yearly electric inspection 5/26/2018

Danny C. came and did my electrical inspection. He found a couple of problems which were taken care of. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained any thing I didn't understand. Using CCAC for my heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical gives me peace of mind. I know they are going to take care of everything and will do the job right. more

j.t. was certainly thorough and efficient. he solved the issue and even told us things about our units that we did not know. he is very knowledgeable. he helped us with issues that the home inspector notified us of and suggested we replace the entire unit. JT said that was not necessary. he replaced the capacitor that was covered on service contract and all we paid was the truck fee. i hope if we need their help again that JT is the one they send!!!!! thanks central carolina!!! more

Always Dependable 4/25/2018

Even though here for routine Spring Maintenance, J.T. did find and resolve one minor problem. Service was timely, courteous, and just what was needed. I plan to use Central Carolina for years to come. more

Leaking refrigerator water valve 4/8/2018

Shane came and replaced a leaking refrigerator water valve. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job. CCAC is always there when I need them. They are the best! more

CCAC 4/6/2018

Joseph recently came to service our air conditioning units. He noticed a leak in our attic unit. He sent another person to verify leak. There was a leak in our older unit so CCAC recommended replacement rather than repair because R22 is being phased out. We decided to replace. All was installed two days later. Joseph was very thorough and friendly. We would be happy to have him come again. more

Great Job 3/7/2018

This services man was on time. He came ready to work with his coving to put over his shoes (very important for me have cover I have a breathing problem/ allergies). He was professional in his manner and polite. He did not take a long time servicing the unit and was able to leave in a reasonable time frame. I would like a check list of the things he services. That would be one way we would both be on the same page. Otherwise great service. more
