James B. came by to review my plumbing per the warranty purchased. He was an hour early....I would liked for him to have the company ok this with me first! The second issue was he left his equipment in the bathrooms. The last issue is that he did not flush the matter found in the sink placed in the toilet, plus the sink was not washed off of the grime removed. Nice chap/chatty/Tried to please.
