CAVALLINO = WORST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER 2/25/2008

Over the SIX WEEKS it took to repair my 2006 BMW 325i--the single most popular and mass-produced BMW in the world--I finally got my car back. It was a minor, low-speed accident requiring the front left fender and scoop to be replaced (as well as internals to support those). Pros: Is capable of doing goood work; they just don't. Cons: Too little contact with customer; profoundly disorganzied from start to finish; made major errors on repair; probably overcharged signficantly. S-L-O-P-P-Y. more

Pricey and not detail oriented 8/23/2006

I had my bumper replaced at Cavallino. The staff is friendly but for the price they charged, they could have done a better job. The bumper was not properly aligned with the hood of my car and I had to take time off of work for them to fix what they should have done right the first time. The also didn't return my car in the cleanest condition. Pros: Customer Service, Good location Cons: not the most thorough more
