I have lived in Menlo Park for 35 years, and for me there is no other body shop than Cavallino. I remember the first time I went there and saw they did Ferrari's, and figured they would be good, pricey but good. I have taken several cars there over the years, and with one exception they have been fabulous!! The only exception was when they repaired our Prius a while back, they crossed up some cooling line (not to the engine), anyway a month or 6 weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the dealer and the dealer explained the faulty repair. The dealer made the repair, so I took the bill to Cavallino's and they paid me back. Other than that one incident - I have had flawless repair work done, and never have had anything to complain about. They use quality parts, have a friendly staff that keep you appraised of the repair all along the way. You may pay less, but you will also get less. more

I had my daughter's car repaired here. Everyone was gracious and the repairs were done correctly. Paint work was flawless. They bent over backwards to find a used door and were very picky about what door they'd use. It took a little longer than they said, but I rather have it done right than rush them. Would definitely recommend them. I would not hesitate to bring my Shelby here.... more

i own a 2008 fj cruiser and it got vandalized twice within the year i brought my truck to this shop which i used to work , they do a near perfect job and deal with customer very professionally. All the staff of CAVALLINO COLLISION keep up the good work ,I would definitely go back and recommend this shop. Thanks for having a honest and a near perfect work. more

Wow is all I can say, They repaired my 2009 Toyota Camry and it came out looking better than whne I bought it. The staff was really nice and picked me up at home when the car was done. They detailed my car and shampooed my carpet. I hit a pole and my front end was all smashed in. It looks like nothing ever happend. Thanks Cavallino and I will tell all my friends and family about my expirience. more

Great service, great performance! 8/8/2011

I've had to have them fix my bumper twice within a 3-week period. Both times they got my car done FAST, and it looked as good as new! This time the guy even stayed late a few minutes so I could come get my car after I did my grocery shopping :D Great service, great performance! more

I'm so happy I chose Cavallino Collision to repair my car when I got rear-ended last month. My schedule is inflexible, so they allowed me to drop my car off on a Sunday. Dawn and Jonathan were so helpful and were great liaisons between me and my insurance provider. They went above and beyond, and my car looks great! more

My Ford Flex was ""T-Boned"" by another driver recently. Got my car in to Cavallino's through insurance. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, the service was wonderful. My car looks better than new, such a relief! more

Just had a terrible experience at an auto body shop, they really gave my wife poor service and failed to fix the car properly. A friend at work said to take it to Cavallino and I am so greatful for all they did. They identified the errors, worked it out with the Insurance company and made the repairs. I can tell you the car is as good as new and they made it all painless. I give them an A+! more

best service that I have experienced 7/29/2011

My Z3 coupe was involved into a collision last month, July 2008. I searched for body shop that can perform the most customer satisfaction. Cavallino Collision Repair was on top of my list. Cavallino has proved that it has the best service that I have experienced. Not only the excellent work he did on the body of my car, but also the care of my safety he did extra work. Cavallino took care the air bag light that was triggered during the collision. I would like to recommend this shop to everyone, who wants to have an excellent work for his/her car. They got it done fast and looked amaizing 7/28/2011

I took my Lexus in for a minor repair. They got it done fast and looked amaizing. The color was perfect, I my bumper painted once by another shop adn could not match the color. If you need body work this is the place to go. more
