This office has outstanding personnel working here. I have had extensive work done by Dr. Burch and staff and they are top notch. I am really sorry that Dr.Burch is leaving, you are losing a quality Dentist. Maribelle and the others at the desk along with Christine are terrific. more

The staff is great! The dentist has taken exceptional care of my daughter. I had some kind of block about Castle thinking it was like a cattle call clinic and I do not know why. My insurance was taken there and it was close to my home so I thought I would try and boy was I wrong. I have already told anyone who will listen how clean and nice the facility is and how wonderful the staff and the dentist is. My daughter is 12 and she loves going to the dentist and wants her appointments as quickly as possible. more

This is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to several with my kids. The office staff was also great, the made feel welcome and answered all my questions. The dentist made me feel comfortable and explained every thing to me. Dentist even took extra time with my youngest to put her at ease about her dental visit instead of referring me to a children more

This office is in need of better training on insurance billing. Needs much improved patient skills on effective communication. The staff arrives late in the morning resulting in patients being over booked in the afternoon and being unable to hold their appointments. I had to leave my 2 week appointment I made for a root canal due to over booking. The dentist could not see me that day in which no staff member called me to let me know of the situation. I have asked my insurance provider to review this office. I do not recommend it until new employees take over. Cons: a waste of your time more

A terrible experience. Let's start with the fact that despite a root canal needed they couldn't schedule me any sooner than 2 weeks out for my initial exam. Next, the scheduled time was 3pm and I wasn't seen till 5pm. I was actually lucky. A family was there when I got there. They claimed to have been waiting there since 1:30 and weren't seen till about 4:30. 15 min later they stormed out when told it would be 2 weeks before a root canal could be done. Follow that up with ""our computer systems are down so we will call you tomorrow with financials for the work you need done"". Coincidentally it seemed to go down at the end of the day. Week later still no call. When I tried calling them at 8:45 am their automated answering machine picks up saying call back during normal business hours. They open at 8 AM. Maybe someone doesn't want to answer phones? On a positive note, the dentist seemed to know what she was doing. Too bad she's surrounded by incompetence.
