I've worked with Carpet To Go in the past, and this time is was just as positive. The sales reps are knowledgeable and helpful. They provided exactly what I needed, and installed the carpet within our timeline. They are very easy to work with. more

Excellent Service and Quality of Product 5/8/2011

We purchased carpet last year from Carpets to Go in Bellevue for the ground floor of our home. The staff was so helpful throughout our selection process and very accommodating to our narrow schedule in which to complete the install. We were thrilled with the outcome and plan to purchase carpet for our upstairs next. We won't go anywhere else! Thank you for everything Carpets to Go! more

Wonderful sales associates, timely install, quality product. That pretty much sums it up. The staff at 'Carpet To Go' were so helpful! I was so overwelmed with what to choose....pattern, color, pric, type etc. Ami narrowed down my possible choices in the most wonderful way. She has an eye for color and worked for me to find the best choices in my price range. The price was right and we quickly arranged the install to be done in a timely manner. The installers were most accomodating to our every need. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT CARPET TO GO!!! more

Carpet To Go did a good job. 5/6/2011

I actually hired Carpet To Go twice. Once for my mother's estate, where they installed carpet and vinyl and once for installing carpet in my own home. Generally, the installations were done well. Although, they did leave behind some glue on my deck, which they were using as a station area, so that was a little bit of a problem. Otherwise, things went pretty well. The carpet looks stretched and looks really good. more

Best Carpet Experience Yet! 5/4/2011

I have had more then 7 carpet purchasing transactions with Carpets To GO dating back to 2004. They have installed carpet in my rentals, and in my home. Each time I am amazed at the 'Nordstrom' style service I get. The sales staff are knowlegable about their products, give great advice, remember my past orders on the top of their heads, take care of every detail, and follow thru tracking my orders and communicating that with me! I have never had anything but a very positive experience with CTG. They feel like family to me, and in fact, when we got a new puppy, one of their staff sent a gift of dog carpet cleaner over with a nice note!! They are everything you would hope for in a family owned, local business! LOVE THEM!!! more

Carpet To Go did a great job from beginning to end. Their showroom staff are friendly and offer great advice and expertise. Everyone that showed up at our house for installation was curtious and very professional. The carpet itself is great! We are so happy that we did it. more

Carpet To Go really goes over and beyond for their customers. 3/17/2011

Carpet To Go always seems to follow through on what we've asked for. They were very good about honoring our original quotes. The manager has been amazing. She has been very helpful with picking out color samples and suggesting things that might look good. I even called her to find out some cleaning tips for porcelain tile and she told me that she would find some samples of cleaning products for me. I think they're great! And I really appreciate all the help they've given. more
