I first went to Carpet To Go because they were recommended by a co-worker. When I first entered the store they were very helpful, the people at the store were pleasant. They helped me to find "the look" that I wanted even though I didn't know what I wanted. They listened, and really helped me find the flooring that I needed. I was doing a kitchen and dining room and needed to replace some older vinyl. The installers were fantastic, they were very hard workers and lots of fun. more

Carpet To Go were very personable, followed up, and things like that. They were courteous as well. Mostly the follow up was important to us. We're a busy family with a lot of young kids running around, and they followed through to make sure we were happy with what we got. more

Converted our garage into a living space with carpet 5/4/2012

They carpeted our garage after we converted it into a living space. It was a very tricky job but they worked quickly and the final product was very pleasing. I would recommend them. more

Patient, professional job. 4/5/2012

The first time Carpet To Go came, they told me a toilet in my house was leaking so they couldn't do the installation. I don't know what happened, but when I called and had a plumber come out, he told me that he didn't see anything wrong and that everything was fine. So that was a bad experience, but Carpet To Go came back after a few days passed and just put it the carpet in a few days ago. They were very friendly, with good customer service, and they did a good job. more

I contacted Carpet To Go to get some work done and chose to work with them because the gentleman who is the owner and the salesperson were genuinely interested in making sure we got what we wanted. I was very pappy with the service and pricing. I will use them again if I need them and I would recommend them. more

I was very impressed with Paul when I went to Carpet to Go. He was knowledgeable, outgoing, and he answered every question I had. He took me through a selection of different carpets, some of which I was familiar with and some less so, and he helped me get to one which was best for us and less expensive than the competitors. more

They were on time and they did everything they said they were going to do. They were recommended to us. We had no problems and they did what they were asked. We are going to use Carpet To Go again in a month to re-carpet another room. We went into their showroom and they took the time to meet with us, figure out our needs, and showed us some samples. They were able to immediately place the order and tell us when it was coming in. more

the best customer service! 2/16/2012

I came into the Bellevue store, just to look around a little. To my surprise, I was greeted right away by a nice man and he seemed to be interested in my project more than a sale. We talked about the Pros. and Cons. of the product I was interested in and how it would impact me in the future. He suggested a product that best suited me and my family. The product he suggested was less expensive, but a better product and I purchased it on the spot. The Install came and the installers were great as well, clean and polite and FAST!! and GOOD!!. I highly recommend carpet to go and I will never shop anywhere else for my floors. more

Carpet To Go devoted a lot of time to helping us choose carpets. Tom was great and helped us pick the right carpet. He also worked with us on price as far as finding an installation within our budget. The install itself was fine. It was all great. more

Carpet To Go has knowledgeable sales people that are not pushy, but still are responsive. Installation was quick and professional. I considered other competitors but they had higher bids and were a little pushy. I felt it would get get done quicker with Carpet To Go. more

Carpet To Go went out of their way. They really went beyond. I went in because I was remodeling a bathroom. The person in the store was very very helpful, friendly, and personable. They went beyond, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was okay. They're right on top of everything they do. more

Everyone from the owner down to the store employee's took a very personal interest in what we were doing and who we were. I felt like we were friends. They were honest in telling us what would and would not work. What we got, we are very happy with. Their prices were also more affordable than others. more

I was having an emergency with my condo association and needed to have my condo carpeted immediately. They came through and got the job done right away. Reliable people and quality products. 1/26/2012

This was my first experience with Carpet To Go, and it was during a remodel, so it was a very hectic time. I was dealing with a lot of unreliable and unprofessional people, and to be able to work with a company like Carpet To Go who came in when they said they'd be there and did exactly what they said they'd do, within the time frame, was amazing. Their pricing is the most competitive among the companies I was shopping with. Also, the quality of my carpet is fantastic! Great experience. more

I don't know if all of the Carpet To Go branches are the same, but the one I dealt with was really great. I worked mostly with Tom. Tom was great at returning my calls and answering my questions.
