I have had more then 7 carpet purchasing transactions with Carpets To GO dating back to 2004. They have installed carpet in my rentals, and in my home. Each time I am amazed at the 'Nordstrom' style service I get. The sales staff are knowlegable about their products, give great advice, remember my past orders on the top of their heads, take care of every detail, and follow thru tracking my orders and communicating that with me! I have never had anything but a very positive experience with CTG. They feel like family to me, and in fact, when we got a new puppy, one of their staff sent a gift of dog carpet cleaner over with a nice note!! They are everything you would hope for in a family owned, local business! LOVE THEM!!!
