We have used Carpet Den Interiors and their designer Lisa McNeese for years. They recently did an amazing hardwood install for our home following some severe water damages. The flooring looks beautiful! The installers were very quick, professional, and extremely clean with the project. Lisa stayed in touch throughout the entire project to make sure all was going well. Again...thanks Carpet Den and Lisa for another top-notch job. Very pleased! more

We knew after 10 years it was time for the carpet to go! We went over to Carpet Den and were greeted by Lisa McNeese as soon as we entered the showroom. She was tremendously helpful since we had never purchased carpet before and made the process very easy! We were in the store on Monday, she measured on Wednesday and we had our new carpet installed the next Friday when we were off work!! Very Happy and will return for future flooring needs! more

We couldn't be happier with our new area rug. We're greeted as soon as we walked into their beautiful showroom. We worked with Lisa McNeese who was very helpful and pleasant . We knew what we wanted when we went in and the price was so much better than we expected after researching prices on line. She ordered the rug (luckily it was in stock in Ga.) and in 5 days it on our floor. Will be going back for our floor needs. more

Beautiful store and great products, but terrible customer service. I came in looking to add 800SF of hardwood (w/install) and couldnt get a call back after they came out for a measurement and i landed on the product. \r \r Disappointing experience at best.\r \r more

We have used Carpet Den for eight different flooring projects over the last 12 years! Either we have been pleased or can't learn a good lesson! :) Thankfully, it is the former! The installers have always been prompt, courteous, and have done their jobs well (carpet and laminate). The few times there have been problems (usually from the manufacturers end, not the fault of Carpet Den) they have been handled professionally and corrected to our satisfaction. We have mostly used Christopher Parsons as our sales contact, who always greets you with a smile, a helpful attitude, and a lovely South African accent! He is a diligent employee and deserves a BIG raise!!! more

Carpet Den is my go-to store for all of my flooring. Over the years I have had carpet, tile, hardwoods, and linoleum installed by Carpet Den and I have been happy with their service on every occasion. Pam Schmidt is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever dealt with. She is very helpful with the decision-making process. Always patient, caring, and professional. I know I can count on her, so I don't go anywhere else to compare prices...etc. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some time, by going straight to Carpet Den. Ask for Pam! more

Best Carpet Dealer in Nashville! Don't bother going anywhere else and waste your time. We did. We looked at other places and didn't get the service or knowledge we hoped for. So someone recommended Carpet Den in Franklin. We live in Murfreesboro. So we drove to Franklin and it was worth every mile. Prices competitive. Service professional. Installation smooth and professional. Lisa knows carpet. We needed to re-carpet our entire home before listing. They showed us exactly what we needed - within our budget - and did not try to oversell us. They recommended the color based upon our color scheme and it is spot-on perfect. Looks fabulous! We have gotten so many compliments. Open House this weekend. We will use Carpet Den exclusively in our new home without question. ;) Thank you, Lisa, and Carpet Den gang! more
