We have used Carpet Den for eight different flooring projects over the last 12 years! Either we have been pleased or can't learn a good lesson! :) Thankfully, it is the former! The installers have always been prompt, courteous, and have done their jobs well (carpet and laminate). The few times there have been problems (usually from the manufacturers end, not the fault of Carpet Den) they have been handled professionally and corrected to our satisfaction. We have mostly used Christopher Parsons as our sales contact, who always greets you with a smile, a helpful attitude, and a lovely South African accent! He is a diligent employee and deserves a BIG raise!!!
