Looks brand new - A+ job 7/17/2006

I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy because I know I do a good job and I know my car is clean. I rarely go to car washes, but these guys impressed me. I was very impressed with how they treated me, the car looked great, and I'll be back for sure. Pros: Car looks great Cons: I live far away - they need more locations more

Wonderful! 7/8/2006

For a long time, I was fearful of taking my car to a "car wash" since it is black, and I was afraid of getting scratches, etc. One day last November my car needed a bath, but it was TOO COLD outside for me to wash it myself. So I made my way over to CAS. My car pulled out looking like it had just been driven off the dealership lot again. They did a phenomenal job, and I was delighted! They have a variety of packages, and no matter which you purchase (even the cheapest one), they hand-dry your vehicle (a big deal if you have a dark-colored car!). Depending on the package, some even have a free re-wash if it rains within several days. After I took my car here, I realized I could never get my car to look as good as they did. :) Skip that sub-par wash at the gas station and get a REAL car wash for the same price! It's worth the drive. Pros: Variety of package pricing (starts at $4.99); friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Cons: Can be VERY busy evenings/weekends, so you'll have to wait a bit (worth it though!). more

Best Quality Car wash in Triangle 5/9/2006

I have used Carolina Auto Spa for years. They are th most professional car wash you will find. Clearly the ownership is dedicated to quality and customer service. I recently had my Black Porsche 911 fully detailed after another detail shop did a poor job. Carolina did an incredible job on a very difficult car to detail at a lower price. I will never go anywhere else more

I was in the neighborhood a few weeks ago, and I tried this car wash, though it is not my regular choice. My car wash was average, and the attendants didn't seem very attentive. The waiting area was crowded and cluttered, and I had to wait quite a while, though they were not especially busy. I also noticed the restroom seems to be unisex...kind of a turnoff for me. A quality experience at Carolina Auto Spa 3/30/2006

Just went to the AutoSpa after reading a couple of the review here, and it was a great experience! Being a Real Estate agent, my car's apperance is important, and they really made it shine! The free WiFi service is awesome; I could respond to my clients and search the MLS while I waited. Most places charge, but not the AutoSpa. Great service, I'll definately be coming back! more

Exceptional customer service-exceptional job 3/14/2006

I went there on tuesday March 7th just to have my car cleaned and talked with there new detail manager who explained to me that they did ""full detail services"". He then explained what was included in the service and I was sold. For less then 200 dollars my car was completely done- they compounded it, polished it, waxed it, and shampood the interior. I can't remember everything he said they did, but it took 5 hours and my car looked new. The amazing thing was that the manager even drove me home, then delivered my car to my driveway when they had completed it with my receipt in hand. Incredible!! I will definitely bring my car back to Carolina Auto Spa. Next time I will see if he can drop me off and deliver my car to the golf course- how perfect would that be. Pros: Delivery, great job, great manager Cons: none today more

UPDATE - Looked good in the dark...but 2/8/2006

2-8-06. The owner of this establishment was responsive. He refunded my money and sent me a gift card for $25. He also informed me that the GM had been replaced. I look forward to trying them again. I was very unsatisfied with the work done by this organization. In the dark, when they were done, my car looked great, but in the daylight, the work not done was evident. There were still handprints on my windows inside my car (and I paid for the inside/out cleaning), there was dirt and stickiness in my cup holder and in the back-set cup holder/caddy. The worse part is, I contacted the company and they said they'd make it right...they didn't. No one contacted me. I contacted them a second time, no one contacted me. I'll NEVER go there again, nor will I recommend them. Pros: nice air freshener more

I have been a customer of Carolina Auto Spa for a couple of years. The service is always impeccable and the staff is friendly and courteous. The attention to detail is great. They provide wireless internet access so that I can work and get the car cleaned at the same time. My kids have a blast watching the cars drive through the tunnel and get cleaned. Highly recommended! My favorite car wash 1/3/2006

I have been going to Carolina Auto Spa for a year or so now based on my neighbor's recommendation and am always satisfied. Very thorough job on the inside and outside. I think the fact that they take longer is a plus, not a minus. You get your money's worth because of the attention to detail. They do a great job waxing as well, worth it to me since I hate doing it myself! Overall, a good value and pleasant experience. Pros: onsite coffee shop, kids play area more

I agree that the Carolina Auto Spa does a good job. But be prepared to wait. Bring a good novel or something to keep you occupied. I have waited over an hour to get my car done. In general if you have a suv or a minivan its well worth the price since they do a great job inside and out. But if you have a 2 seater its not worth the price (which is approx $20 for interior and exterior). In sum, they do a good job ........but don't go there if you are in a hurry. Pros: good quality job Cons: hour + wait time more
