2-8-06. The owner of this establishment was responsive. He refunded my money and sent me a gift card for $25. He also informed me that the GM had been replaced. I look forward to trying them again.
I was very unsatisfied with the work done by this organization. In the dark, when they were done, my car looked great, but in the daylight, the work not done was evident. There were still handprints on my windows inside my car (and I paid for the inside/out cleaning), there was dirt and stickiness in my cup holder and in the back-set cup holder/caddy. The worse part is, I contacted the company and they said they'd make it right...they didn't. No one contacted me. I contacted them a second time, no one contacted me. I'll NEVER go there again, nor will I recommend them.
