Carmines import service give the better service for the customers, they provide the European car services. Last time i do the servicing of my car and they do the better service and check everything very well, for this type of service this service center is very famous in the area. more

Excellent auto service that I would choose over others. 11/7/2013

I have been working with Carmine's Import Service for a couple of years now. I haven't used them for a while because there are other locations closer to my work and my home, but when I can, I prefer going to Carmine's because of their excellent customer service. They provide all types of service for me, such as brake and tire service and oil changes. The representatives at the front desk are great. The mechanics are all skilled. Their efficiency and timeliness of service is good, too. I would recommend them. more

Excellent customer service along with knowledge of the vehicles they service. 11/1/2013

I've been working with Carmine's Import Service for seven or eight years. Every time I go in there, Carmine provides excellent service and customer relations. That keeps me going back. He stands by his work and really understands and knows the particular vehicle have him work on. He has a crew that understands the vehicles as well, who also stand by the work that they do. more

Great service. Honest and fair people to work with. 10/31/2013

You definitely get your money's worth at Carmine's Import Service. The work they do here is always done properly. I've never had to bring back my car for repeat service on the same issue. My only concern is that sometimes, they recommend a laundry list of things that my car may need, when in fact, they're not immediate needs. For example, they wanted to replace the whole heart of my car when all that was needed was a stint replacement. I've only experienced this once though. I have been going to Carmine's for about ten years now. Carmine is a great guy, and he's very good at what he does. He's extremely honest and fair. If you can afford to have things done properly, there is no question that this is the place to go. more

A great non-dealer option for your vehicle 10/30/2013

I have four BMWs and Carmine's Import Service has done routine maintenance as well as put in new tires and replaced other parts. Everything usually turns out fine. The service is quick, staff is friendly, and their prices are reasonable. Walt Finch more

Not very thorough. 10/25/2013

When Carmine's Import Service finished the job, they left some parts inside the car. They left some of their work equipment on the seat of the vehicle. So they didn't do a very thorough job of inspecting the vehicle and removing parts from it. They were replacing an airbag in the driver's seat. The customer service appeared to be fine and it seems that they did the work fine as well. Check the quality of their workmanship, though. more

I was in the market for a new place to take my Mercedes . I went by customer reviews and found Carmine's had the best reviews. I was so pleased on both of my visits!! Great service!!! I highly recommend Carmine's to anyone!!!! more

Quality and reassuring 10/17/2013

Carmine's Import Service serviced all three of my cars. When I first bought my Audi, they went through it, did the Carfax on it and made sure everything worked properly. If they ever found anything else wrong during a certain job, they'd tell me about it and recommend what to do. They're very cooperative and communicated well with me as a customer. Jimmy Via more

Great experience with my Camry 6/25/2013

I brought my 1999 Camry in for service at Carmine's, specifically a valve cover gasket. The price was good but more importantly they did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and finished earlier than expected. My previous experience with the larger chain service centers has been hit and miss, but Carmine and his staff have impressed me. Thank you and great job! more

Very family oriented shop talks you through all processes. 6/24/2013

I brought my BMW M3 into Carmine shop with a SMG transmission problem and if you know anything about M3's they are hard to work on when it comes to the SMG Trans. My car was dead in the water would not run or crank. He check my car out and had it back to me in three days. And it has been running great every since. He also checked my entire vehicle for any other problems and told me what all I need to get done to have my vehicle back at base line condition. If you have a BMW M3 this is the shop for you!!!! more

Warranty Repair 6/24/2013

Carmine installed an A/C compressor on my car and it failed within the 2 year provided warranty. They took my vehicle and installed a replacement unit no questions asked. When the replacement starting showing signs of failure, they immediately pulled that one and ordered an original VW parts replacement compressor. All this was covered and done without any questions or concerns under the original installation warranty. Fantastic mechanics and management that understand our vehicles. more

Outstanding customer service and focus on the problem at hand. 6/24/2013

My Audi's oil sensor was lighting up like a Christmas tree. Thinking my sensor must be bad, I tokk the car to Carmine's who confirmed my worst thoughts that in fact the Audi was drinking oil like like a wino drinking his wine. They jumped on the problem and with much diligence ferretted out and resolved a complicated set of circumstances. Now the car runs like new and uses no oil. Carmine was in touch with me through out the whole process and promptly answered any questions I had. Outstanding service and work is all I can say! more

Excellent Service! 6/11/2013

I called Carmine's, and actually talked to Carmine (a rare event these days). He and his team were incredibly helpful. Carmine found the earliest possible time for me to drop off my Eurovan (which had a horrible rotten egg smell that I was not able to track down), and his team worked on it while I waited. They found the source of the issue in record time, which ended up being my auxiliary battery, had it delivered to the shop, installed it, and had me back on the road in very little time. He even provided alternate transportation during the short time my van was there (which allowed me to get to and from a critical meeting). He and his team, may quite possibly be the best, most ethical, transparent and truly skilled european automotive repair shop here in NC (and probably beyond). Their pricing is extremely fair, and they'll go the extra mile to check your vehicle over making sure you roll out of there confident that your vehicle is in great shape. They run a top notch business. Carmine has another customer for life! more

Replaced my transmission 6/3/2013

I recently used Carmine's Import Service for a new transmission for my BMW. The work was done well, timely, and they were very helpful and communicative. I have no complaints about the work done by them. more

Good but expensive 5/24/2013

I brought my car to Carmine's Import Service for an air code and I found that there was a censor problem also. I got a call saying it needed a carbon service so I think the total servicing was like 600 dollars. 100 of the 600 dollars went towards replacing spark plugs, and I realize they make money as a service company but when I can buy the spark plugs for 35 dollars on the internet, 100 dollars seems excessive. The pricing overall was high and they ended up doing more work than I had anticipated but they did the work correctly. more

Carmine's is a very professional, first class operation. 5/16/2013

I have a Porsche Boxter and the engine went out, which is a rarity. Carmine's Import Service helped me get a new engine. They got it for me wholesale and put it in. They did a great job. There are no leaks and everything is back to the way it was. They treat your car like it's their own. They're perfectionists that do everything right. Carmine's Import Service is a class act. I'm happy. more

Carmine's Import Service is the best. Basically, it comes down to the fact that they are one of the few dealerships that diagnose the problem correctly and find the right fix without having to take everything apart. Easy to work with. more

I had Carmine's Import Service put in a valve seat, fix the headlights, and fix an oil leak problem on my 454I BMW. They did everything they said they would do and they did it well. more
