Carmine's Import Service did the 60,000 mile maintenance service on my car. I had first gone to the dealership and they were charging a very high amount so I decided to get a second opinion, which is why I went to Carmine. Carmine were honest enough to inform me that when it comes to maintenance service, there is a manufacturer checklist and that the auto shops have their own checklist on top of that. They told me that some of the services that the dealership was charging for were not on the manufacturer list and not necessary. With their guidance and honesty they saved me 40. more

This is the best repair shop I have come across in 35 years of european and domestic ownership of sports cars, SUVs, sedans, and custom-built cars. The oil pump on my 03 british SUV quit working, which ruined the engine. Within one hour of calling, Carmine's had located an engine, and within two days, it was in the car. They were prompt, honest, up-front, and did fast, fantastic work. They came in on the estimate to the penny, and went to bat for me with the parts suppliers when there were issues. This is the best group I have ever been assoicated with. more

I have been a customer of Carmine's Import Service for several years. Carmine is honest with what is worng with the car, the repairs are generally very good, and you don't have to bring it back in. He has gone the extra mile to replace parts at his cost if anything goes wrong with his repairs. They are an honest, quality service I would recommend and will continue using. more

I actually had two really great experiences with them. One, I was visiting the area in the midst of moving and checking out my new home and I hit something and took off my sideview mirror and I called them. They called around and found a replacement and overnighted it for me and had me come in first thing that morning to put it on. They were really on the ball, I was so impressed. I used them a second time for an air conditioning problem in my car, but they offered me shuttle service and gave me a motor car to use for the day. They are quick with diagnostics and the waiting room is very nice and pleasant. I have never felt taken advantage of on my bill. They don't try and sell you things you don't need and I feel confident in them. more
