Don't use them. They cost us thousands of dollars and didn't stand behind their work. They are the worst company ever. Call someone else-anyone. They stink!

The technician arrived within the scheduled time window and thoroughly inspected the air conditioner and furnace as requested. He replaced the filter for the humidistat and checked the functionality of both units. I was not pressured into buying something I did not want or need. It was a great experience with this specific service provider and I will use them again without question. more

SemiAnnual Maintenance for two furnaces and air conditioning units**Excellent 8/10/2014

Craig was early and was very proficient and knowledgeable during his service call for our four units. He also explained and answered my questions regarding the units during his work. He was extremely clean and picked up all debris. We would like to request him again to come to our home. And also he loved our two dogs!! I rate Craig with the highest marks....five stars! more

Annual Check up 6/21/2013

I was very pleased with the service provided by CARE technician, Dave Brammer. The company called to let me know that Dave was on the way. I appreciate this advance notice so that I know the name and arrival time for the expected technician. Dave was efficient and courteous in his manner--I appreciate that as well. He answered questions that I had about keeping my cooling unit in good shape. more

A/C Repair 5/24/2013

Devin came out during the time interval I was scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and set out to fix. It was raining hard. He was working in the back yard.Being that the A/C unit was 29 yrs. old, we could not get the Model or Serial number. He removed the rusty motor and blades, pulled the motor off the blades to reuse the blades, got a universal motor from his truck, put it together, and it worked. Devin has an excellent grasp of how to repair A/C, has an extensive knowledge of the tools of the trade, and seems to be a great A/C problem solver. I would recommend Devin to anyone, and Care Heating & Cooling as the company to use. Devin stayed with it, even during the rain and the fact that it was clearly an effort to take the unit apart and repair. Very conscientious. more

Thermostat Service Call 4/2/2013

My electronic 2 zone thermostat went bad. When originally installed it took another heating & cooling company several hours to program but it took Devin less than an 1/2 hr. (I think, I wasn't watching the exact time). Not only did he replace & program the defective thermostat but also made sure the entire furnace was in working order. I just happened to mention I have a child with breathing issues & he made sure the systems humidifier was set at the appropriate setting for a home where someone has breathing issues. He then informed me of what I could do to further help and what are some common mistakes/pitfalls (waste of money) to avoid. He really demonstrated great care for us as their customer & listened to our specific needs. Greatly impressed. I should mention we had already purchased their care/service package from a previous service. more

Devin was a great Service Specialist/Technician who was patient, friendly and informative! Devin is also a great joke teller who will make you laugh in a minute and has a future as a comedian at the Funny Bone at Easton! Thanks for all your help Devin! Repair of Furnace 11/16/2012

I have an old furnace which I wasn't sure could be repaired. Devin came out to look. He was very knowledgable and knew the part could be ordered. He called in the part information and I was told that the part could be overnighted. I would then be called and put on the schedule to complete the repair. The repair isn't done but I feel good that it will be done and things will be back to normal shortly. Everyone at Care has been wonderful to me, helping me with each step of the repair process. more

I highly recommend this company for service work. I heard their advertisement on 610 radio & they sounded like a business that cared about their customers. Not living in the Columbus area I did not who to get for our church furnace repair. I'm glad a called them. They were prompt on their service call, & needed to order a part and scheduled to return the very next day to fix the issue. Thats service ! I also was very pleased with Devin the service rep. He was persistant on getting the job done. Also very friendly & professional. I just wish their service extended to my area. $29 dollar service call is unheard of any more. I feel they do this to keep their customers returning. Keep up the good service ! Thank You. more

AC Service 6/20/2012

CARE was prompt, communicative, and very professional both on the phone and in person. I felt that Devin, the Tech was interested in addressing our problem, correcting it in a timely and professional manner, and not trying to "Sell me up" into something we didn't need. I have been in the service profession for years, and I appreciated being treated like I try to treat my customers. "Thank You CARE!!" more

Air conditioning problem 5/3/2012

Devin was quick to discover that my thermostat was not properly wired. It was a difficult to get into a thighs space, but he kept trying until he got the fan properly wired so the air conditioner would work. Devin explained everything carefully. He was friendly, courteous, and worked quickly to solve the problem I will request him as a technician in the future. more

Great Company! Good technicians and quality work. 12/7/2011

I recently had Care Heating out to do a furnace tune up at my house. The technician arrived within the window that I was given. He was very nice, dressed in uniform, and wore shoe covers when he came inside. He went right to work and explained everything that he did. I'm really glad that I had Care out. I'll definitely have them back to do a spring tune up on my air conditioner too. more

Awesome 2/28/2011

Good: I liked that everyone was so nice! Jo, the girl that answers the phone at the office is really great. She always sounds so happy and it seems like she really cares!. Other: I saw a billboard for care around town. A couple weeks ago my furnace gave out, and I remembered them from the ad so I looked them up in google and gave them a call. They fixed my furnace and I was very satisfied with my overall experience with their company.. more
