I have an old furnace which I wasn't sure could be repaired. Devin came out to look. He was very knowledgable and knew the part could be ordered. He called in the part information and I was told that the part could be overnighted. I would then be called and put on the schedule to complete the repair. The repair isn't done but I feel good that it will be done and things will be back to normal shortly. Everyone at Care has been wonderful to me, helping me with each step of the repair process.
