My electronic 2 zone thermostat went bad. When originally installed it took another heating & cooling company several hours to program but it took Devin less than an 1/2 hr. (I think, I wasn't watching the exact time). Not only did he replace & program the defective thermostat but also made sure the entire furnace was in working order. I just happened to mention I have a child with breathing issues & he made sure the systems humidifier was set at the appropriate setting for a home where someone has breathing issues. He then informed me of what I could do to further help and what are some common mistakes/pitfalls (waste of money) to avoid. He really demonstrated great care for us as their customer & listened to our specific needs. Greatly impressed.
I should mention we had already purchased their care/service package from a previous service.
