Matt was very helpful friendly went out of his way to make sure I felt valued as a customer through the whole process Matt went to bat for me when i know most dealers would have let me walk he knew what I was looking for in a car I am very pleased with my car ""I Love It"" and Ali she has alot of patience very kind friendly worked with me when MVA was given me the run around I would recommend everyone to Carbiz !!!!
