This place is horrible this is coming from a auto repair shop that uses them for our customers ""Wants"" and let me tell you how it works when you drop off a car with them.\r \r Drop off a car at 10:30 am for remote start they know its coming and have all the parts and 2keys as asked for im told will be done no later then 2pm and they will get it right in as we need the car back to do some brake work ok no big deal.\r \r 2:15 pm I call up there and they just started it asking for another 4hours ARE YOU KIDDING ME OK 1ST STRIKE \r \r I tell them no way and we will come get it and drop it back off at 5 for them to finish it at this point im told only an hour left tell its finished but wait did you not just tell me that you needed 4hours OK??????? 2nd STRIKE\r \r So we drop it off at 5:15 pm and we are promised it will be done and the keys will be left in it so we can pick it up early the next morning to get it back to our shop phew what a day but wait its not even close to being OVER.\r \r 7:30 am we show up to get the car and bam no car insight its inside so I call and told someone will be there at 8 am to get the keys no one shows we get back to our shop I call back up there at 8:30am and they cant get the keys because they are locked away what is wrong with this place ok I will call back at 9am. 3RD STRIKE \r \r 9am I call and he says yes I have the keys I ask ok its done right he says I don't know what did we do ? ok really I tell him you installed remote start he says hold on let me go try it comes back on the phone and says no its not working OMG this is horrible are you for real right now? so thy ask and promise one hr it will be done im furious as you can imagine so I wait I call and hour and a half later and they ask for another hour to get it done 2 HOURS LATER its done HOLY COW people really I tell every one of my customers how bad this place is and we have over 5000 Customers.\r \r Please do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere or do it yourself you will have a better shot of doing it..\r \r Places that do the same work Quality auto sound and Best buy both close to parker. more

1st (and definitely last) time I EVER take my business here. I paid a ridiculous sum of money to have the SHORT list of ""wants"" taken care of. One of my main concerns was wanting steering wheel radio controls to work. Oh... guess what, you've just spent $700. They've installed it, and the minute you ask, ""Hey.... why isn't this working???"" I'm advised that they didn't have that in their system and that it would cost another $200. I already spent $700 to have a $300 system installed and NOW you want another $200. SCREW YOU! (actually I'm the one who got screwed) Won't happen again! more

Went in to buy new speakers 2 separate times, one for my car, one for my friends car. Each time, i told them we were going to install them ourselves. As soon as i told them that they became super shitty and overall rude. They really only care about making money from their ridiculously high install prices, and no regards for the customer. Won't ever be coming back. more

Worst nightmare and experience ever. 5/9/2009

I went to this place to purchase a cell-phone. One staff came and tried to help me, but he had no idea whatsoever. He did not have knowledge of cell phone differences, did not know how to process orders, and gave me expired mail-in rebate coupons. It took me awhile to decide which cell phone I should get, but it even took this guy longer to process my order, including paper-work issues, answering my questions, and on and on. Everytime I ask him a question, he had no idea, or in a worst case, he gave me a vague answer... like what he though was right. He really made me worried if he was actually telling a truth or just pretending like he knew everything. I first thought that maybe it was his first day of work and he just was not sure what to do. In that case, another staff should assist him. I was at the store all afternoon just to buy a cell phone! When I left the store, the guy told me that the phone was activated and ready to be used and I did not have to do anything but in reality, that was not the case and I had to make some calls and figure out what was wrong. On top of that, I had to go back to the store and get a new, non-expired rebate coupons. When I drove all the way back to the store, the manager rudely said that I could use the expired coupons, and no apology for driving back. I was very closed to return my cell phone. I will never go back to this place ever again. Pros: Nothing positive about this place. Cons: Unknowledged, Untrained staff. more

Incompetent but friendly service. 12/17/2008

I purchased a car stereo in August for $900. Greg, the manager, was very friendly, as well as Johnny, the installer. I financed it for 0% interest for 6 months. It took 4 months of multiple phone calls to the financing company as well as Car Toys to get a balance through so I could begin making payments. Neither of the managers, Brian or Greg, returned my messages. When it finally did go through, the balance was $70 more than I agreed to. Brian suggested that I bring the stereo in so they could ""remove the cable and you stereo will not work"" to get that money refunded. When I had cell phone questions about the phone I bought there, the technician could not figure out the answers. I went to an AT&T store and the phone was quickly fixed. Although the workers are nice the customer service is sorely lacking and I will never return. Pros: Long store hours. Cons: Quality of customer service. more
