I went to this place to purchase a cell-phone. One staff came and tried to help me, but he had no idea whatsoever. He did not have knowledge of cell phone differences, did not know how to process orders, and gave me expired mail-in rebate coupons. It took me awhile to decide which cell phone I should get, but it even took this guy longer to process my order, including paper-work issues, answering my questions, and on and on. Everytime I ask him a question, he had no idea, or in a worst case, he gave me a vague answer... like what he though was right. He really made me worried if he was actually telling a truth or just pretending like he knew everything. I first thought that maybe it was his first day of work and he just was not sure what to do. In that case, another staff should assist him. I was at the store all afternoon just to buy a cell phone! When I left the store, the guy told me that the phone was activated and ready to be used and I did not have to do anything but in reality, that was not the case and I had to make some calls and figure out what was wrong. On top of that, I had to go back to the store and get a new, non-expired rebate coupons. When I drove all the way back to the store, the manager rudely said that I could use the expired coupons, and no apology for driving back. I was very closed to return my cell phone. I will never go back to this place ever again.
Pros: Nothing positive about this place.
Cons: Unknowledged, Untrained staff.
