I purchased a car stereo in August for $900. Greg, the manager, was very friendly, as well as Johnny, the installer. I financed it for 0% interest for 6 months. It took 4 months of multiple phone calls to the financing company as well as Car Toys to get a balance through so I could begin making payments. Neither of the managers, Brian or Greg, returned my messages. When it finally did go through, the balance was $70 more than I agreed to. Brian suggested that I bring the stereo in so they could ""remove the cable and you stereo will not work"" to get that money refunded. When I had cell phone questions about the phone I bought there, the technician could not figure out the answers. I went to an AT&T store and the phone was quickly fixed. Although the workers are nice the customer service is sorely lacking and I will never return.
Pros: Long store hours.
Cons: Quality of customer service.
