I work for a limo company and went in to get my car washed prior to picking up a passenger. I had some loose change In a cup and had a $100 in one of the compartments that wasn't easily visible. I know I should have taken it, but I figured who would snoop around in my car. Sure enough, I got my car back and my $100 bill was missing. Contacted the manager and they said you have to talk to Renee and then I followed up a couple of days later after them telling me that they will check the cameras. Finally I got in touch with another manager who informed me that he spoke with the owner and the owner said that there is nothing he can do. They didn't even do a good of cleaning my car. Stay away from these thieves. more

FIND ANOTHER CAR SPA!!!! I went to this car spa 10 days ago to get my car washed. When I picked up my car, they handed my remote control car key with the case cracked/damaged. The manager was very rude and unprofessional when handling this damage. I contacted the owner of this car spa and explained the situation. She said to give her a few days to get back to me about this claim but NEVER responded. I went to the car dealer and paid to have my remote control car key replaced. Be aware that this place is very IRRESPONSIBLE for the damage they create. Not to mention that they don't even do a good job washing the car. I DO NOT recommend this place for car wash!!!!! more

FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH!!!!!! They SCRATCHED MY CAR and refused to accept any reasponsibility. The supervisor/manager is a joke. They said my car was damaged before I took it to them and that I was lying about the whole thing. They refused to give me their insurance information, claiming they didn't have access to it and that I had to get it from the bookeeper. My huband went back on Monday and the bookeeper was "" too busy"" to talk to him. He waited for a half an hour arguing with the manager and the other employees. They basically told my husband that I was lying about the whole thing and that I had probably damaged the car and was too afraid to tell him. Before leaving, my husband asked to speak with the bookeeper again and they told him she had left. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Cons: Customer Service Non-Existent more

Lack of care in attempting to remove a small spot on the hood of my vehicle resulting in several large very deep unsightly scratches. more

I have a NEW car, second wash in 2 weeks. There was so much soap on it when it came out, they had to get a bucket to get is off, but they never touched the right side of the car with a piece of fabric when it was going through the wash, so of course it came out, still with dirt and then sat and air dried 15 minutes before anyone touched it, therefore leaving it mangled with water spots. the interior was marginally clean at best...I had them re-wash it, and drove off to see soap coming from every place it could, water dripping down my door just leaving the lot. PATHETIC excuse for a car wash and for 20 bucks, YEAH RIGHT..... more
