They Dented Our Car 10/16/2005

We are still trying to get a hold of the owners, the general manager is horrible. We brought our car in for a simple wash. Walking up to it we can see a fresh 12 inch dent on the side of our car. They were rude and refused to even apologize. As for customer service, absolutely none. The car wasn't even completely clean and dry. DONT GO HERE! Waste of money, go somewhere else where good and honest service will be provided. more

Car Spa 10/6/2005

I thought this place was so weird. They do the most cutest things to the car. They are giving it a full body massage. My boyfriend fell in love with this place. Their service is pretty neat but the prices aren't. It cost us a whole lot of money for us to get to this car spa. But what can I say, when something is unique, it gets expensive. I love this place still. i want to come here next week for a wax job! The service was a-okay! more

Decent Car Wash 9/4/2005

I've gone 3 or 4 times (I'm not a big car wash fan - I could literally go 3 or 4 months without a wash and not feel bad about it) and have had no problems. I got a Mini Express Detail last time and the guy gave me $10 off because it was slow and he waived the $10 extra for SUVs which I did appreciate. They do have chairs outside for a waiting area but it's nothing spectacular. I usually run errands in the shopping plaza since there's lots of stores there - even a 24 Hour Fitness. more
