FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH!!!!!! They SCRATCHED MY CAR and refused to accept any reasponsibility. The supervisor/manager is a joke. They said my car was damaged before I took it to them and that I was lying about the whole thing. They refused to give me their insurance information, claiming they didn't have access to it and that I had to get it from the bookeeper. My huband went back on Monday and the bookeeper was "" too busy"" to talk to him. He waited for a half an hour arguing with the manager and the other employees. They basically told my husband that I was lying about the whole thing and that I had probably damaged the car and was too afraid to tell him. Before leaving, my husband asked to speak with the bookeeper again and they told him she had left. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
