Excellent installation 6/28/2013

Excellent installation. However, handprint stains on newly painted wall which were noted after installers left. Small section of wall will have to be repainted. I like the knowledge I get when I'm in there. I'm a designer and when I am in there with a client we always get all the information we need. We get to borrow samples to take them home so the clients can see them in their own house. Their prices are wonderful and they are timely. They make the whole installation process easy. more

We found a receptive and helpful store and got our carpet bought and installed within a few days which was great as we were only in our apt. for 2 weeks. Carpet installers were prompt did a good job. more

25 years of doing business with Capital Carpet 6/24/2013

Over the past 25 years Capital Carpet has installed laminate, tile, and carpet in my previous home, my business and the home I now live in. The latest experience I had with them, was about a month ago. Capital Carpet installers removed my old laminate floor on the first floor of my house, and installed the new laminate in a day and a half. The installers were so courteous, professional, and meticulous. They left my house in perfect condition(actually fixed two folding doors that weren't closing correctly). I felt so comfortable with them, that I only stayed a few minutes, gave them a key, and went to work! I will definitely use Capital Carpet for any future flooring and window projects. more

The carpet installation was great. Kevin and Allen at the store were wonderful when ordering the carpet. The only reason to not give 5 stars is because the paint was taken off numerous wall corners throughout our newly painted home. :( RESPONSE FROM Capitol Carpet Inc: Kelly, It was pleasure speaking with you the other day. We appreciate the high rating you gave us. So sorry about the paint. As you mentioned on the phone,you have other touch up to do and will handle it at the same time. We re-did our master bathroom with them and they did a fabulous job. We started out with just repairing our shower floor and ended up just having them re-tile everything. It turned out incredibly. It looks like we have a showroom bathroom, it's really spectacular and creative. more

Willing to work with you, has done my whole house 6/18/2013

I have been to all of Capitol Carpet's stores and the salesman are so helpful. I told my neighbor to go there and he had a different salesman and he had the same positive experience. Every time I go in they are very pleasing and very willing to work with you. They showed my son 10 different options and they have been great. They sell you quality products and they had more inexpensive and very good quality so you got to pick but they have very nice things-my whole house is done by them (even the wood floor and shades)! more
