i had a great salesman buthe had to have surgery. The man who took over was good but not as good as first man. i know the situation could not be helped but I just liked the first guy the best.
Ok the deal was made and flooring put in. Men took pieces of flooring I had put aside and frankly flooring was dirty. Salesman came out with a product and with a paper towel and 2 finges attempted to make me look like a fool. I with my mop he would not pay attention. Lady called to do a survey and when I explaned this she said she would have some one come and clean the floor. NEVER HAPPENRD>.
I called Capital and inquired about my pieces of wood and my sales man said he had forgotten but he would take care of it well I AM STILL WAITING ONCE AGAIN>
