Cannon Urgent Care

I went to this urgent care a few times because it was close to my home. They filed my insurance incorrect and then I was fighting with my insurnace company to re-process my claims because my insurance claimed that they were out of network but I know for sure that they were in network. They claimed that they mailed me bills, but I never received them. They also sent me to collections, but thankfully my insurance company took care of that. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I AM GLAD THAT THEY HAVE SHUT DOWN.....IF I WAS YOU, I STILL WOULD NOT GO TO THE NEXTCARE URGENT CARE THAT THEY CHANGED TOO.? Pros: Close to my home Cons: Everything more

Is this place even still open. Back in October 2008, Caggiano pled guilty to 4 counts of felony insurance fraud for billing insurance companies for $1000s of dollars in unnecessary tests and representing himself as a doctor. This is not a pratice !!This a joke people .This guys IS not even A real Dr's they are PA's . They don't care about you but t they DO CARE ABOUT what they can get out of your insurance company ,or your pocket .People if you want a MD that cares .CALL AHEAD A FIND OUT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE IF THEY HAVE A MD !!! OK yes you have to wait forever to be seen. But thats not so bad when every time I have gone here I see a doctor that actually cares and takes the time to ask questions and find all the info they need. I have seen Dr. Carlson and Dr. Caggiano the most. I like both of them very well. I usually see female doctors b/c I am female but these doctors are very professional and make you feel comfortable. If you don't want to wait to be seen then try another planet b/c I dont know any medical facility where you are not going to wait. Thats just the way it is today. I think people need to get some patience and realize that your time with the doctor is as precious as the patient before and after you, so get a magazine or watch the TV. As far as the nurses and front desk staff I think they do the best they can and always seem to be cheerful and pleasant. Were all humans and ALL make mistakes. TWO THUMBS UP FOR THIS OFFICE...... I was very pleased with my visit at Cannon Family Medicine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The providers were very kind and quickly diagnosed my problem. I feel fantastic now and highly reccommend this clinic for any medical needs. It is open 7 days a week which makes it conveniant for anyones schedule. The staff are rude and slow. The phys.ass. was very rude and demanded I have an ekg and chest xray even though I went in for a hurt ankle. The staff were really slow, I wated over 2 hours before I was put in a room, then waited another 2 hrs before I saw a phys.ass. I never did see a doctor.
