I went to this urgent care a few times because it was close to my home. They filed my insurance incorrect and then I was fighting with my insurnace company to re-process my claims because my insurance claimed that they were out of network but I know for sure that they were in network. They claimed that they mailed me bills, but I never received them. They also sent me to collections, but thankfully my insurance company took care of that. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I AM GLAD THAT THEY HAVE SHUT DOWN.....IF I WAS YOU, I STILL WOULD NOT GO TO THE NEXTCARE URGENT CARE THAT THEY CHANGED TOO.?
