OK yes you have to wait forever to be seen. But thats not so bad when every time I have gone here I see a doctor that actually cares and takes the time to ask questions and find all the info they need. I have seen Dr. Carlson and Dr. Caggiano the most. I like both of them very well. I usually see female doctors b/c I am female but these doctors are very professional and make you feel comfortable. If you don't want to wait to be seen then try another planet b/c I dont know any medical facility where you are not going to wait. Thats just the way it is today. I think people need to get some patience and realize that your time with the doctor is as precious as the patient before and after you, so get a magazine or watch the TV. As far as the nurses and front desk staff I think they do the best they can and always seem to be cheerful and pleasant. Were all humans and ALL make mistakes. TWO THUMBS UP FOR THIS OFFICE...... Pros: the wait Cons: caring doctors, personal care
