Numerous people in my family have used this vet in the past, so when a feral cat that lived behind my house was attacked by a wild animal, I called Helouin's and they said they could see him. The office staff was courteous. They were very busy that day so I had to wait (it wasn't a huge emergency, just needed a rabies shot and some stitches), but they saw him. The vet told me what he needed to do, that he needed to stay the night, be put under, get stitched up and while he was at it, that he could neuter him. I declined thinking it would cost too much at the time... it wasn't even my cat. But after I left, he called me and asked to reconsider and explained why. Well, he convinced me. When I went in to pick up the cat the next day, he was sewed up, fixed and caught up on all his shots. When I went to the counter, I expected to pay a ton since another vet had quoted me in the $200's just for neutering. But it was under $150 for all of it. I liked this place so much I have recommended it
