Very disappointed in the care I DID NOT receive at Helouin's! They advertise that they take \r Emergencies so, as they have been my vet for a while for my 4 dogs, I took my yorkie there after she was attacked by a larger dog. We were checked in and WAITED and WAITED!! She acted like she was in shock and was bleeding. Some people came in with a dog WALKING in and was taken back immediately. They were even all waiting in the hall for this dog. I asked how much longer would we have to wait....we were told this dog was being euthanized! I feel bad for that, but could that have waited 5 minutes while they looked in my dogs eyes to see if she was in shock? The dog WALKED in! My dog could have died while we waited! We left and went to Sherwood South where she was seen immediately and treated. \r I will be looking for another vet for my 4 dogs! \r
