Excellent 1/25/2019

During my most recent interaction with Cal Air Cooling and Heating, I renewed my annual maintenance contract with them. In terms of work provided, they came out a few months ago and did a fine job. We had bought a new system from Cal Air, and they had come out as part of our service contract, where they check our system twice a year. It has been at least five years now since we started using them, and they've been excellent. Their technicians are fine, reliable, always show up on time, and do a good job. more

Exceptional and Professional 1/2/2019

We are an industrial company with several large HVAC units on the roof. We were having difficulty with our prior vendor, so we switched to Cal Air Cooling and Heating. They have been really on top of things. They service our units, replace the filters, and perform maintenance every three months. They are very easy to work with. They've been really great. more

Couldn't be better! 12/19/2018

Cal Air Cooling and Heating is a very good company! They are honest and tell you the way it is. Years ago, they installed our old HVAC system. Just recently we upgraded to a top-of-the-line, energy-efficient, three zoned system. Cal Air did the job for us. They are knowledgeable and always prompt. They never disappoint! The guys from Cal Air explained everything about the new system and showed us how all the parts work and what to watch out for. The new, high-end unit with a three-zone system is exactly what we wanted, based on the advice of an engineer friend. Not everyone wants to spend the money for this level of unit, but personally, I can't wait to see how low my energy bills will be next summer! more

Five-Star Service 11/12/2018

I have a maintenance contract with Cal Air Cooling and Heating, and they recently came out to do a cleaning on my system, checking to make sure it is ready to go for the upcoming months. Their tech was on time and professional. He came in and did what he needed to do. I have been using them for more than seven years, and I bought my air conditioning unit from them. It is still under warranty so I use them to keep it up-to-date. Since we have our service contract with the company, we will continue to use them. more

Cal Air Cooling and Heating did a fantastic job. They worked on my heating and air conditioning units and both have been working properly since. They were responsive and easy to work with. The service was convenient and straightforward. The job was done efficiently and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I had no major problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I recommend Cal Air Cooling and Heating and will use them again if I need to. more

He also didnot diagnose the problem. I had to call my electrician to find out what the problem was. My air is now up and running at this time. But thank you for being available on the weekend. more
