I appreciate the excellent customer service Cal Air provides. Ufortunately customer service is a dieing art. I know my satisfaction is very important to your company which means a lot to me. Alonzo found a wiring problem due to wires being placed improperly. This was caused by the other company who installed our Carrier unit. Sparks were flying as a result of the wires burning through the wiring nut. This is used to cover the wires when twisted together so they are not exposed. We are very grateful Alonzo found that on his very first visit. Blessed are we that it did not burn down our house. Not only did Alonzo stop a possible electrical fire. He discovered our gas valve to the air conditoiner was leaking during his next visit several days later. I had called Cal Air due to a strange noise heard when it was shutting down while wife and I were outside. After Alonzo shut off the gas vavle, he informed me of the leak. Our house could have easily blown up from the electrical spark igniting the gas fumes. I called South West Gas. They responded promptly and replaced the faulty valve. It was improperly installed by the original air conditioning company. THANK YOU CAL AIR for saving our house more

Like Cal Air as they tell you the truth. They don't perform unnecessary work. If you have an issue after normal business hours, they are very fast to resolve your issue. more

Work was done in a professional manner. Honest, also requested duct cleaning upon inspection told me the ducts didn’t need cleaning. They saved me that expense Do not hesitate to call them for any AC or Heating concerns. more
