Too expensive 5/7/2018

We have done some additional research and found that you are much more expensive than other companies and with Stuart being a disable Vet and me on disability we need to start watching our pennies. I am sorry for you to hear this but it is what it is. If you have any other questions you are more than welcome to give us a call. Thank you more

Difficult job done well. 5/4/2018

Great air conditioner sold at competitive price. Service and follow up were great because we were gone a majority of time. This will be our first summer, coming up, hope to see reduction in electricity bills. more

From the moment I called to service completion, everyone was friendly, caring, professional, and thorough. The service was explained to me in a way that I could understand and make informed decisions. I am so appreciative that they were able to repair my air conditioner unit on the same day that I called even though it meant working into the late evening. I felt the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. more

Service was prompt and technician was professional 4/22/2018

The technician arrived at the appointed time and was respectful of my property voluntarily putting on booties over his shoes before entering the home. He completed assigned inspections and maintenance in a timely manner and provided useful feedback to me. He swept area where insulation had fallen from ceiling where he entered attic. Lastly, he provided for service charges in agreed upon amounts without any add ons or additional charges. An overall good experience. more

Cal air is the best 4/17/2018

I have used Cal AIr since moving to Las Vegas, they are very professional and always answers my 20 questions, I am not very happy with the heating part of this Infinity System. Orlando explained he was unable to improve the fan so more air would blow out of the vents. The AC part really puts the air out. Just doesn't make sense to me that the Infinity system is not the best heating system.... more

Very Happy With Cal Air! 4/12/2018

I used another company to do my work on my AC for 8yrs. I called last week and their price for certain things tripled and they would not reduce the price for a loyal long time customer. That company was One Hour Heating And Air. I told them they lost a customer and then I Found Cal Air and I am very pleased and now they are my new go to for all my AC and heating work! more

Fantastic customer service 4/11/2018

I had an emergency situation I had great customer service they got somebody out right away. Orlando couldn't have been more wonderful and my tenants are so happy and they saved me a huge amount of money more
