after my sidekick got broken because my idiot friend decided to roll over my backpack, i found the place on my way home from smc and brought it in. they didnt take too long and i was still able to call people up on one of their loaner phones which were these old nokias but i cant complain because it got the job done. it was alright considering i woulda had to pay like $400 for a brand new phone and it works like before.
Pros: the chick at the desk was HOT
