Actually exceeded my expectations. From dropping off my vehicle to picking it up upon completion was very professional. Love the photo updating of repair progress. From the moment you open the door you are greeted and treated like a valued customer! The process is quick, you bring in your vehicle, insurance info, they take pics, print out the scamatics, it's all tied in to the quote. They order the parts, then your vehicle is scheduled for repairs. We were given daily pics of our vehicle while it was being repaired, so we never had to wonder. And our vehicle was done on time as scheduled! Everyone was courtious, professional, and I can't stress enough that we were treated as a valued customer. I have gone to Alpine CARSTAR Auto Body several times and each time was good. They've done the auto body work very well. My experiences have been through insurance claims, and as far as I know it's been good. They have good turnaround time and have been very helpful when notifying the insurance company or car rental company. more

But I lost my eye glass cleaner cloth, it was in buy the lighter!!! But other than that it was done fast, and the people were very friendly!! more

I loved my experience with being seen by adjuster, getting the estimate and dropping off the car/receiving rental. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to communicating with customer and Insurance Agency with regards to the length of time the repairs are actually taking. more

They were even done with it three days prior to the day they said it would be done.. He also gave me reommendations on how to service my truck(ie oil changes and tranny concerns). I would recommend CARSTAR. I had a good experience with them. In the estimate, they added the mirror on my car because it was scratched, but the didn't end up doing it. I haven't had the chance to bring it back because I've been gone a week, but I should call them and tell them about it. Other than forgetting to do my mirror, they were excellent. more

Alpine Carstar went way over and above what I had expected out of a body shop. First of all, they picked me up and dropped me off, and I live 30 miles away from the shop. This isn't something they normally do, but the manager made a special exception, and that means a whole lot to me. When I was there, they went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. They are so down to earth and friendly, it's amazing. A lot of places don't really want to help you, they just want your money. They leave you standing in line forever, and barely pay attention when you talk to them. At Carstar, the customer service is outstanding. I honestly get excited when I talk about my experience there, because it left such a good impression. I discovered Carstar on the preferred body shop list that I got from my insurance company. I called them first, and didn't need to talk with anyone else. They performed about $8,500 worth of body work on my 2006 F250 Crew Cab, that got severely damaged when I had an unfortunate run-in with a tree. They did a spectacular job on the rebuild. I almost couldn't believe it was the same truck. They not only got it looking better than it was before the accident, but better than when it left the factory brand new. Their shop is top notch, with all the best equipment, and is clean enough to be a restaurant. The quality of the work at Carstar, and of the people working there, will leave you wishing every service could be as good. Alpine CARSTAR Auto Body came highly recommended by my insurance company after an accident. I had some guy try to pass me on a busy Saturday across three lanes of traffic. He sideswiped my Cadillac and really made a mess. Carstar are just amazing to do business with. Their service is exemplary, and their facility is immaculate. They are local, which made the whole process very easy for me. The owner of the company personally picked me up and brought me to the shop once my car was ready, which is unheard of. In only four days, Carstar had my vehicle looking brand new, and I couldn't have been more pleased. They even came in several thousand dollars under the initial estimate. I know I will never have to worry about their workmanship, because they guarantee the repairs for the life of car. Carstar are very attentive to detail and are more than accommodating. I will definitely use them again when the next guy sideswipes me. They are the only people to work with. more

I recently had my 2010 Subaru Forester repaired at Alpine Carstar Auto Body. The owner, Gary, is quite amiable and even gave me a ride home after my automobile accident- but that's where the quality service ended. My automobile was in his shop for over a month and mostly because of the incompetence of Alpine's employee, Mr. Mike Arrelano. This fellow was obviously recruited from french fry making at Mickey Dees and so doesn'teven begin to know the meaning of customer care. I had to call him at least ten timesover the past month and if he wasn't "on another line" he was full of lame excuses. My actual repair was paid for by Liberty Mutual, instead of my carrier Geico and Liberty and Geico both told me the delay was due to Arrelano's inability to return phone calls. \r \r Having said the aforementioned, Arrelano is also totally incapable of fighting for the customer and with insurance companies who are always trying to mitigate what they pay on a claim. \r \r So with all the aforementioned, more
